The chasuble is made of white and gold patterned fabric. The colorful needlepoint orphreys on front and back feature white lilies, just in time for Easter. The chasuble is trimmed in gold and red banding with a fleur-de-lis design. The piece is lined with a brownish green plain fabric. The chasuble measures 42 inches from the top of the shoulder to the back lower hem and 27.5 inches wide in the back. The colors remain bright. There are some small areas of wear to the fabric. There are some small losses and repairs to the needlepoint at the center of the front orphrey (a typical location for wear). The area at the back of the neck has some soiling. I try very hard to accurately describe my items. Because I deal mostly in vintage collectibles and antiques, most of my items will have signs of previous use or age wear.
